Newborn baby skin care is a delicate matter. In the early months, as your baby's immune system develops, you'll want to use the mildest cleansers and the smallest bit of lotion. But when dry skin, eczema, and diaper rash appear, it's time to treat those problems. Talk to your pediatrician about when to start using those products.

The person I admire ever in my life is only my lovely father. I still remember all my childhood memories with my father. He was the real reason of my happiness and joy. What I am is because of him as my mother was always busy in the kitchen and other household activities and it was my father who has joy with me and my sister. I understand he is very unique Dad in the world. I am feeling of being so lucky to have such father in my life. I always praise to god to give me such opportunity to take birth in the family with good father.

He is very polite and peaceful person. He never scolded me and takes my all mistakes very easily and makes me realize my all mistakes very politely. He is the boss of my family and helps each and every family member to take good decision in the bad time. He always shares his life drawbacks and achievements with me to let us know. He has his own business of online marketing but never force me to do go in the same field or attract me towards his own business instead he always promote to do what I want in my life. He is really a good dad not because he helps me but because of his knowledge, strength, helping nature and most importantly his way of handling people.

He never thinks to be back in helping needy people and always ready to help them especially old people. He is my best friend and discusses my all problems. Whenever I become fed up, he ask me the reason very peacefully and takes me to the top floor, let me sit in his side, keep his hand on my shoulder and discuss his own experiences of life, his faults an drawbacks including his success in order to make me realize that what I am doing wrong or right. He teaches us about ethics of the life and importance of elders and the life time. He tells us that we should never make any person unhappy in our life and always help needy people especially old people.

He always respects his parent’s means my grandparents and cares for them all time. I still remember that when I was little, my grandparents were generally talked to me about my father naughtiness in his childhood but they told me that your father is very good person in his life, be like him. It is my father who wants to see everyone happy in the family and always asks whenever anyone becomes sad and solves his/her problems. He loves and cares my mom and suggests her to take rest when she gets tired of doing all the household chores. My dad is my inspiration, he always becomes ready to help me in my school tasks and even go to every PTM to discuss my behavior and performance in the class.

My father was born in very poor family however currently he is one of the popular people in the city because of his patience, hard works and helping nature. My friends generally tell me so lucky of being the son of such father. I usually laugh on such type of comments and tell my father, he also laughs and says that what they are telling is not true but the truth is that I am so lucky to have son like you.

 Why does my dad love? First, my dad loves because he comforts me. When I have problems, my dad will listen to me and try to help me. Secondly, my dad loves because he always takes care of me. When I get sick, my dad will give me medicine and tell me what to do to cure the sickness. Lastly, my dad loves because he makes many sacrifices for me. For example, when we are eating at a restaurant, my dad will let me eat the best food, even if he really wants it.

 Why is my dad fun? First, my dad is fun because he likes to joke. Sometimes they are good jokes and sometimes they are terrible, but they always make me smile. Secondly, my dad is fun because he likes to act silly. In many pictures, my dad makes a really silly smile which looks really funny and makes me laugh. Another example is whenever we go to the playground so that my brother can play, my dad will try to play some of the things with my brother even though he is too big. My dad looks really silly when he does that! Lastly, my dad is fun because he is the one who gets me all my toys. When we go shopping, my dad will be glad to get me a book or toy that I like. This makes me very joyful to know that I have a dad who is willing to do this!

 Why is my dad encouraging? First, my dad is encouraging because encourages me to do all extra credits so that I have more practice. Even though it takes more effort, it helps a lot because it helps me improve at that subject! Secondly, my dad is encouraging because whenever I don’t get a good grade on tests or quizzes; my dad will make sure that next time I study more so that I don’t make the same mistake. Lastly, my dad is encouraging because he helps me when I have problems with my homework without actually DOING it for me. For example, when I am doing mandarin homework and I need to make sentences, my dad will ask my how I will say the sentence in English, ask me to try say it in Mandarin, and then help me correct any grammar problems.

 My dad is a very important and special person to me since he loves, fun, and encouraging. I am so glad to have him as my dad and I hope you treasure having an important person in your life just like I do.

In software industry if a project comes to engineer to develop first thing comes in his mind which language to be use. And the second and most important thing which database should use? There are several databases in market. Some are paid and reaming open source. Many people go for open source because no need to pay or invest huge amount. Oracle is the famous and most running database in market which is a paid database. PostgreSQL is similar to Oracle which is a open source database. Most of the operations of PostgreSQL are similar to Oracle.

Here I discoursed the main advantage of PostgreSQL is it is little bit faster than Oracle in fetching data. I tested with same records of data and on same machine. Here, which I found the difference.
